Hello neighbors,
As you may have read in the news, local bank First NBC has run into trouble with the FDIC. Unfortunately for us, they were providing our construction loan, which the regulators have ordered them to halt. This sets our timeline back several months as we have to go back to the drawing board and find another lender.
We are confident we will find another solution, although of course disappointed by the lost time. We will let you know as soon as we are ready to proceed. Thanks for your patience and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions to stpeterandpaulfeedback@gmail.
