Hi neighbors,
Just wanted to give an update on what we’ve been working on this past month at 2317 Burgundy. For those new to the forum, this is the renovation of the former Catholic school/church campus into a hotel on Burgundy between Marigny & Mandeville.
ACCOMPLISHED
Plumbing, mechanical and electrical rough-in of ground floor
Decking of 4th floor
Grease trap installed
Fire pump installed
UPCOMING
Structural framing of guest rooms in school
Completion of north wall
Starting electrical rough-in of rectory
We are still on schedule with anticipated completion date of late summer/fall 2018.
